Things I have to say.

I've been living a fast-paced life these days. The last time I checked the clock was 9 am, and suddenly it was already dark outside. That single detail triggers a cascade of negative thoughts and culminates in the recurring question: "Am I handling this well?" (because I'm expected to embrace a wonderful life), filling the air with a sense of pure blahs.
Though people perceive me as someone with full smiles, I still find it easy to succumb to my own gloominess. It's draining—feeding these thoughts only strengthens them, leaving me fragile.
But I refuse to let this blind me for too long; I never want to linger in that space. Negative thoughts are tenacious, hard to halt. Yet, focusing on the positive aspects reveals how truly grateful I am.
I believe these strategies have helped me reclaim myself, even during times when it's challenging. There are moments I can't help but succumb, but there are always bright scenes that rouse me. •
SMILE :)
It undoubtedly uplifts your mood.
Surround yourself with positive people
I confess, I have an odd side, as we all do, but mine is excessively critical. Therefore, I gravitate toward friends who are even more critical—those friends who enjoy the dark humor. This always leaves me content :)
Sing
I sing until I choke on my own saliva—thank goodness for the Smule application on my phone, and the videoke app. It's a way to release negative energies :P
Do what you love
It might be something as simple as strolling around the mall, sketching, dressing up, dancing, reading, writing a story, or indulging in a massage. Perhaps going somewhere liberating. Anything that lets you express yourself :)
List of the things that makes you grateful
IT HELPS, It's effective. It instills a sense of being blessed, a reminder of the good in life :
Think positively, Move forward and help yourself.
Your thoughts shape you—maintain the positivity until you reach your destination :)
